This ride is a total body workout that is designed to torch every muscle group, and build strength and muscular endurance. Leading with 30 minutes of high intensity indoor cycling, this ride is followed with off bike bodyweight anaerobic movements done in Tabata training format. Tabata intervals are 20 seconds of a working movement, followed by 10 seconds of rest as you transition to the next movement. CycTABATA is a level 2 class, and is open to all levels. Modifications are offered for beginners.
