Working towards a strong and stable core? The HardCORE ride is a a cardio and movement intensive 30+/- minute ride, followed by 15+/- minutes of non stop ab training. Much more than your standard crunch workout, HardCORE combines isometric holds and a huge arsenal of abdominal training movements that will challenge ANY body. With modifications and escalations, HardCORE is a level 2 class, making it a great class for anyone who has taking indoor cycling classes and is ready to step it up, or new riders who want to jump right in.
