This ride is 60 minutes of on bike HIIT (high intensity interval training). InSANEterval rides focus on intervals both long and controlled and short and explosive. Short periods of rest offer just enough time to drop heart rate and recover muscular endurance. InSANEterval is a level 1 class that is open to all riders, and is great for beginners and experienced riders.
