Cyclepath RapidRide classes are designed to condense the calorie burn and intensity of an hour long workout into just 45 minutes. This ride is cardio focused and involves a variety of positions and techniques on the bike to give riders a diverse training program that can be incorporated into any lifestyle. This is a level 1 class, that anyone can be challenged by, from highly experienced riders to first timers..

Working towards a strong and stable core? The HardCORE ride is a a cardio and movement intensive 30+/- minute ride, followed by 15+/- minutes of non stop ab training. Much more than your standard crunch workout, HardCORE combines isometric holds and a huge arsenal of abdominal training movements that will challenge ANY body. With modifications and escalations, HardCORE is a level 2 class, making it a great class for anyone who has taking indoor cycling classes and is ready to step it up, or new riders who want to jump right in.

Booty work for a firm and strong butt and lower body. HardASS is non stop alternating rounds of indoor cycling and off bike bodyweight anaerobic movements. Get ready for squats, lunges, and lower body variations that target every muscle below the belt. HardASS level 2 class, and is open to all levels. Modifications are offered for beginners.

This ride is a total body workout that is designed to torch every muscle group, and build strength and muscular endurance. Leading with 30 minutes of high intensity indoor cycling, this ride is followed with off bike bodyweight anaerobic movements done in Tabata training format. Tabata intervals are 20 seconds of a working movement, followed by 10 seconds of rest as you transition to the next movement. CycTABATA is a level 2 class, and is open to all levels. Modifications are offered for beginners.

CycLEAN classes are designed to quickly deliver riders into a workout that targets fat as the bodies energy source. Exertion efforts in this ride stay between 60%-80% making the ride sustainable and the energy usage consistent for the entire 45 minutes. This is a level 1 class, that anyone can be challenged by, from highly experienced riders to first timers.

Forget you're working out in an hour of ClubSWEAT! Deep house and club beats make indoor cycling feel like the dance floor as you move through a 60 minute dance party on the bike. Your workout is challenging and matches the intensity you expect from a Cyclepath ride, while strobes and dance lights make the workout feel like a night at the club. Club sweat is a great ride for anyone who likes to have fun while they workout.

This ride is 60 minutes of on bike HIIT (high intensity interval training). InSANEterval rides focus on intervals both long and controlled and short and explosive. Short periods of rest offer just enough time to drop heart rate and recover muscular endurance. InSANEterval is a level 1 class that is open to all riders, and is great for beginners and experienced riders.
